Orders

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. I do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://pandaandllama.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please use the Contact Us button on the bottom of the screen just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I place an order?

Find the item(s) you want to purchase via the product page, select and fill out any required fields and Add to Cart. Once you've added everything you want, go to the Cart and checkout. 

Do we have to use every text line available?

No. Simply enter "NO TEXT" in the text line(s) you wish to leave blank.

Will you check my spelling?

Text will be applied exactly how you input it on the website. I may catch some of these errors, and contact you to confirm, but it is not guaranteed. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you double check your order BEFORE submitting it and review your confirmation email very carefully. If you notice you made a mistake after you place your order, please use the 'contact us' page to let me know as soon as possible so the changes can be made before the order is processed. 

Where is my order?

Use the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package. 

Can I change any part of my order?

You can edit and change the quantity of your order before checkout by going to your cart. If you have already placed the order, please use the 'contact us' page as soon as possible and include the order # and the necessary changes to be made. However, if your order has already been processed, a reprint fee may apply.

How do I cancel my order?

I can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed so the sooner you let me know the better. Use the 'contact us' page to cancel your order. Please include the order # and the necessary changes to be made. A cancellation fee may apply if personalized labels have already been processed.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are shown at checkout as it can vary. Occasionally, I have Flat Rate or Free Shipping deals that are annouced via email and on the website banner. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is done through UPS and USPS and can range between 1-6 business days depending on shipping zones. If you want to check if a product will arrive to you before a certain date, please contact me before ordering so I can look into it for you. Once the order is in the shipping company's hands I cannot guarantee it's arrival date but I can provide an estimate. 

How do I track my shipping?

Once you order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email. In some instances items may be packaged separately - in this case you will receive a tracking number for each package.. 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

What countries do you ship to?

I currently only ship to the United States, specifically the lower 48 states. 

Deals & Promos

I received a promotion/discount code, how do I use it?

Apply the code in the discount field during checkout.

My promo/discount code did not work, what do I do?

Please use the 'contact' feature on the help page with more information so I may help you resolve the problem.

Are there any discounts?

Signing up for my newsletter is the best way to not miss any deals. You can also follow my instagram page where I announce deals in the stories. Links to social media links are all found at the bottom of the page. You can also check out the Sale collection for current sales. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Non-personalized items placed within 14 business days are eligible for a return. Personalized (names, monograms, etc) and customized (bride, babe, maid of honor, etc) items are not eligible for a return.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Non-personalized orders take 1-3 business days to process and personalized orders take 3-5 business days to process. You must cancel your order before that time range. If you ordered an item that includes labels and the labels are already printed, you will still get a refund but a cancellation fee will be applied.

How do I return an item?

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If anything (personalized or not) arrives damaged or defective please use the 'contact us' form so I may correct any issues. To make this process as easy and quick as possible, please include the following information: order number, the nature of the problem, the exact number of replacements needed, and when they are needed (if applicable).

I have returned an item, how long until I am refunded?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once I receive your return, I’ll notify you by email. I aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
